Wedding Services & Vow Renewals
I work closely with my clients to create the day of their dreams, a personal bespoke ceremony, reflecting the people they are, and the love that they share.
As a celebrant I am not constrained by having to use a licenced venue for a wedding ceremony.
You can have a simple, legal ceremony before or after your event and then have the freedom to choose a place and time to celebrate with your family and friends that reflects your personality, anywhere you like.

Baby Naming Ceremonies
What better reason for celebration than a new baby!
Many families want to have a special ceremony to celebrate a new baby into their family, a gathering of family and friends to welcome a new child into your family.
This can take place at any venue, and I will write and perform a ceremony that reflects your hopes, dreams and beliefs for your child/children.
We can include the use of "guide parents" and create symbols and rituals to be used during the ceremony to help create a special day to remember.

Funeral, Celebration of Life
Traditionally these ceremonies are held in a church or a crematorium, but there are no rules about this and they can take place anywhere!
What about holding the ceremony where you will have the wake? or at a place that was meaningful to the person when they were alive?
This may change the whole nature of the ceremony, taking a sad event to a fully realised celebration of a persons life, with as much involvement from family and friends as is wanted and not restricted to time or numbers of people attending.
Wherever the ceremony takes place, I will work closely alongside the family/friends of the deceased to ensure a personal send off.

About Me
Expressions of Love is an exciting new venture for me.
Having worked within the NHS for the past almost 37 years, both as a registered nurse and midwife, I bring a huge amount of life experience to this new role of Independant Celebrant.
I am excited to work alongside families to create really personal, memorable special occasions, full of love, and personal meaning to them.
